Earl E. Seaton Jr.

Earl E. Seaton Jr, age 73 of Newark, Ohio passed away Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Licking Memorial Health Center. He was born June 25, 1951 in Newark, Ohio. Earl was a 1969 graduate of Lexington High School in Lexington, Ohio and then joined the U.S. Army where he served in Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion of Newark Post 85 where he served as Past Commander four times. Earl worked for Longaberger Baskets for 16 and a half years before going to work for Thirty-One gifts. He is preceded in death by his father, Earl E. Seaton; mother, Juanita (McFarland) Kreager; stepfather, Roe Kreager and 2 sisters, Sue Thompson and Beverly Shaffer. Earl is survived by his wife of 27 years, Debbie M. Seaton whom he married on June 6, 1998; 3 sons, Sean (Kelly) Seaton, Andrew Seaton, James Glass (Angela Scheiman); daughter, Alisha (Tyler) Osbun; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Mary Wright and Kay Eramo; numerous nieces and nephews.
