Edna Lucille Andrews Love

A graveside service celebrating the life of Edna Lucille Andrews Love, age 96, of Newark, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 16, at Newark Memorial Gardens, 4244 Marion Road NE, Newark, OH 43055, with Pastor Steve Wilson officiating.

Edna was born May 22, 1925 in Cambridge, Ohio to the late William B. and Anna Belle (Duff) Wade. She passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at her home with Bob and Cindy Love at her side.

Edna retired from Nationwide Insurance where she had been an accountant. She was a member and past secretary of the National Federation of Flemish Giant Rabbit Breeders Association and was a member of Zerger Hall where she enjoyed playing cards.

She is survived by nephews, Robert (Liliosa) Wade of Franklin Park, Illinois and Richard Wade of Henderson, Nevada; great-niece, Jamie Ann Becker of Henderson, Nevada; step-sons, Charles (Canny) Andrews, Jr. of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Robert (Cindy) Love of Thornville, William (Joan) Love of Heath and Gary (Kathleen) Love of Westerville; step-daughters, Sheri (Gary) Derr of Angola, Indiana and Kathy Love of Glenmont; numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and step-great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles L. Andrews in 1978 and Robert S. Love in 2007; brother, Charles B. Wade; sister, Leona M. Boyd; step-sons, Kenneth Andrews, Danny Andrews and John Love.
