Elisabeth R. Shaw

Elisabeth Rosemarie Shaw, age 79, of Newark, passed away peacefully in her home with her husband of 42 years, Larry by her side.  She was born in Nuremberg, Germany to the late Paul and Franziska Stanelle.

Lisa worked as a switch board operator, for Milton-Bradley in Germany, for the U.S. Army in Nuremberg, for St. Ann’s Hospital in Columbus, and then as a receptionist for DiPaolo-Sysco in Columbus.

In addition to her parents, Lisa is also preceded in death by her first husband, Tyrone G. Reeder; a daughter, Jeanette Drzewiecki; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Lewandowski, and her sister, Bettie.

She is survived by her husband, Larry E. Shaw, whom she married on December 21, 1981; daughters, Nancy (Dan Barnhart) (John) Snodgrass, Joanne (Eric) Fisher, and Christine (Keith Triplett) Reeder; granddaughters, Jenna Triplett, Abigail Barnhart, and Nicole (James Line) Reeder; grandsons, Chris Fisher, Brandon Fisher, Tyler Fisher, Ben Barnhart, Nathan Snodgrass, and Tyler Triplett; great-grandchildren and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Per her wishes, no public services will be held.
