Elnora Lee Orr, 95, of Hebron, died Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Chapel Grove in Heath following a brief illness. Nora Lee was born September 18, 1922, in Princeton, Indiana to the late Parvin and Ruth (Hildebrandt) Smith. Nora Lee was a member of the Hebron Christian Church for over 60 years, serving as a Sunday school teacher, choir member and soloist, clerk of church board, deaconess and CWF president. She also belonged to Hebron Eagon Chapter #123, Order of Eastern Star for over 50 years serving as Treasurer and also as Worthy Matron in 1974 and 1990. She was a 50+ member of the Hebron T & C Club, Hebron 55+ club and LMH Twig. She enjoyed reading, traveling with her husband Richard and being with her family. She is survived by her children: Diane Billow (Bob Lamp) and Dana (Brenda) Kitchen, daughter-in-law Margie Kitchen, Step-children Rick (Terri) Orr and Bill Orr; grandchildren Jeff Kitchen, Brian (Dawn) Kitchen, Amber (Eric) Stephenson and Greg (Jenny), Chris and Shawn Orr. Many great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Nora Lee was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Victor Kitchen in 1988 and second husband, Richard Orr in 2009; brother and sister-in-law Robert and Doris Smith, son Bruce Kitchen in 2009, sister and brother-in-law Helen and Edward Berndt and her granddaughter Stacy (Kitchen) Ault in 2014. The family will receive friends and family at the Hebron Christian Church, 610 West Main Street in Hebron, on Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 12:00 noon. Eagon chapter will hold OES services at 11:30 a.m. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Hebron Christian Church, P.O. Box 736, Hebron, Ohio, 43025. HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, Kirkersville, is honored to care for Nora Lee and the Orr/Kitchen Families.
