Esther Loughman

A funeral service, to celebrate the life of Esther Louise Loughman, age 95, of Hebron, will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the Kirkersville Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service with Pastor Brian Harkness officiating. Burial will follow at Kirkersville Cemetery.Mrs. Loughman was born in Cardington, Ohio on December 14, 1918 to the late Cecil and Alma (Pleister) Hinderlong. She passed away on April 19, 2014 at Flint Ridge Nursing Home.Mrs. Loughman graduated from Jacksontown High School, Class of 1936. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, playing cards and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Annette Price; son-in-law, Denny Jacobs; grandchildren, Scott Jacobs, Britney Jacobs, Mindy (Kevin) Kester, Michael Price and Scott (Kellie) Price; great grandchildren, Becca, Macray, Kaley and Michael; and nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two spouses, John Price and Fred Loughman; daughter, Freda Jacobs; brother, Ralph Hinderlong; and two great grandchildren, Anna Rose Price and Dakota Jacobs.Friends may call at the funeral home, 285 East Main St., Kirkersville, on Wednesday, two hours prior to the funeral service, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for the Loughman family.
