Frankie Lee Murray

A funeral service celebrating the life of Frankie Lee Murray, age 62, of Pataskala, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, at the Kirkersville Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service with Brother Michael Ensey officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkersville Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home, 285 East Main Street in Kirkersville.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, masks are required inside the funeral home and please practice social distancing.

Frankie was born January 27, 1959 in McDowell, Kentucky to the late Franklin L. and Earleen (Wells) Murray. He passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Mount Carmel East Hospital.

Frankie retired in 2011 from Lucent Technologies. He was a member of the Christian Life Center in Heath and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). A car buff, Frankie enjoyed going to car shows and also enjoyed selling items. He loved hanging out with his sons and grandkids and was an avid Buckeye fan.

Frankie gave the gift of hope to others by being a tissue donor through Lifeline of Ohio.

He is survived by two sons, Frank J. Murray of Hebron and Corey L. Murray of Pataskala; grandchildren, Timothy Haines, Macie, Nick, Isabella and Brielle Murray; sisters, Robin T. (Jim) Huey of Reynoldsburg, Beth A. (Don) Ulry of Pataskala and Lisa (Jimmy) Young of Newark; and several nieces and nephews.
