Frederick Allen Roser

Frederick Allen Roser, age 68, of Thornville, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born June 12, 1947 in Mansfield, Ohio to the late Richard Barto Roser and Ruth Mae (McClourg) Roser.A veteran of the United States Air Force, he proudly served his country from October 11, 1966-June 11, 1971. He was formerly employed with the National Guard in supply and DFAS in line item contracts. Fred was a member of the Thornville Masonic Lodge #521 F & AM and the Thornville Lions Club. He enjoyed watching NASCAR.He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Pamela M. Roser and Scott C. Snyder of Pataskala; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Pearson; and three brothers, William Roser, Richard Roser and John Huntsman.At his request, there will be no service or calling hours observed.Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation 2800 Corporate Exchange Drive, Suite 260, Columbus, OH 43231.Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, Kirkersville, is honored to care for the Roser family.
