A graveside service, celebrating the life of Harold Eugene Dugan, 82, of Hebron, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, in the Kirkersville Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife Millie. Full Military honors will be given by the Licking County Veterans Alliance.Harold was born November 23, 1932 in Sinking Springs, the son of the late Joseph and Grace (Beekman) Dugan. A veteran of the US Navy, serving honorably during the Korean conflict. An active member of the Hebron community, he was a member and past commander of the Hebron Post of the American Legion, Past Master of Hebron Lodge #116 F & A M, attended Hebron Christian Church and was the former president of Hebron Village Council.He is survived by his sons: Mike (Kathey) Dugan of Anderson, S.C., Max Dugan of Hebron, grandchildren Jennifer (Bryan) Hall, Brad (Jayme) Dugan, Kyle Dugan, Tanner Dugan, Tyler Dugan, Josh Dugan, Bryson Taylor, Riley Dugan, great-grandchildren Jocelyn, Cabrianne, Alec, Brecklin, Taylor, Lilli, Brady, Psylum, Xavier, Liam, Kylee; mother-in-law Kathleen Jones and sister-in-law Pat (Chuck) Monnett of Heath; brothers Lloyd (Bea) Dugan of Rutland, Dick (Barb) Dugan of Racine, sisters Sue Little of Middleport and Dorothy German of Newark, along with many nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Millie, his brother Junior Bob, Bob, Larry and Darrell Dugan, sister Shirley Pretty.An on line guest register is available atwww.hoskinsonfuneral.com
