A funeral service celebrating the life of Harold Ray Husk, 86, of Pataskala, will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kirkersville chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Jerry Hughes and Pastor Dan Case officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkersville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 285 E. Main Street, Kirkersville, on Wednesday, prior to the funeral service, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Harold was born in Ravenswood, WV on August 4, 1935 to the late Samuel Leonard and Dovie Pearl (Fleming) Husk. He passed away at his residence on October 9, 2021. Prior to retirement, Harold was a contractor for many years. He enjoyed woodworking, working on cars and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Mary (Sizemore) Husk; daughters, Deborah S. (Jerry) Hughes, Carol J. Lines and Pamela L. (David) Nethers; stepchildren, Terri Sanders, Timothy Brill and Dallas Aldridge; 16 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his former wife, Wilma J. (Garrison) Husk; daughter, Janet Husk Shaner; sister, Margaret Tuller; and brothers, Glen, Lewis and Huey Husk. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Harold to Hospice of Central Ohio. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
