Harry "Bob" Clay

A funeral service for Harry R. Bob Clay, of Hebron, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2016 in the Hebron Nazarene Church with his Pastor, Rev. Jerry Carpenter as celebrant. Burial will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estates, Reynoldsburg. Harry passed away on August 3, 2016 with his family at his side. He was born in Rock Camp, Ohio, on June 7, 1933, the son of the late Hershel T. and Anna (Niece) Clay. He was a graduate of Coal Grove H.S., class of 1952, and had worked for 30 years at Rockwell International in Columbus, from where he retired in 1988. An avid golfer, he also enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a member of the Hebron Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his loving family: wife Stella Clay, whom he married on March 14, 1981, children Debbie (Butch) Zimmerman, Tony (Mickey) Clay, Brenda Scarey, Tina Carano and Robert (Cathy) Adkins; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a brother David (Pat) Clay and sister Rose Morgan. In addition, many nieces and nephews, golfing buddies from Rockwell and his Church family, along with special friend Ann Elswick. Friends may call on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm, at the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service.
