A funeral service, celebrating the life of Henry William Bud Kraft Sr., 86, of Pataskala, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 12, 2013, in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of The HOSKINSON Funeral & Cremation Service. Burial will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.Henry died early Wednesday, October 9, 2013, following an extended illness. He was born in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late Lawrence William and Florence Amelia (Laue) Kraft.He retired in 1986 after many years of service with F.& R. Lazarus company in Columbus. He was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Pataskala, where he served as a Deacon and Trustee. He was a former member of the Pataskala Lions club and an honorary member of Newark Roland Lodge, Knights of Pythias.He is survived by his loving family: wife Norma, sons Henry (Beth) Kraft of Fishers, Indiana, Mark (Patsy) Kraft of Pataskala, grandson John Kraft, step-grandson son Dan Patton and step great-grandson Hunter Patton; sister Geraldine and several nieces and nephews.His family will receive friends on Friday, October 11, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home, 285 E Main St. in Kirkersville.
