Hope Lynn Shipley

A memorial service celebrating the life of Hope Lynn Shipley, age 8 months, of Heath, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home with Pastor William Dixon officiating. Hope was born December 22, 2016 in Newark, Ohio. She passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at her home. Hopes family loved to sing to her and read stories. She loved the music from the Moana movie and would fall asleep to it. She is survived by her parents, Brittany Dawn (Young) and Cameron Alan Lee Shipley; brother, Lincoln Alan Shipley; sister, Zoey Dawn Shipley; maternal grandparents, Lori Price and John Gordon of Newark; paternal grandparents, Shane and Michele Shipley of Newark; paternal great-grandparents, Betty and Melvin Shipley of Newark; aunts, Millie Price of Newark, Tosha Young of Athens and Shana Shipley of Newark; uncles, Donnie Young of Athens, Cory Shipley of Newark and Canyon Shipley of Athens; and several cousins. Hope will be greatly missed by her loving family.
