A funeral service celebrating the life of Howard Franklin Bobby Estep, age 74, of Pleasantville, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Lighthouse Memorial Christian Union Church, 2600 Blacklick-Eastern Road NE, Millersport, with Pastor Bill Beard officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to the service at the church.A funeral service will also be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 5, at Hall Funeral Home, 625 County Road 775, Proctorville, with Pastor Kenneth Estep officiating. The family will receive friends from 9-11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, West Virginia where military honors will be observed.Bobby was born November 19, 1941 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Frank and Maddie (Flesher) Estep. He passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015 at his home.Bobby served in the United States Navy for four years and was aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise. He retired from J.H. Fletcher & Co. in West Virginia. He was a member of the Lighthouse Memorial Christian Union Church and enjoyed watching the History Channel and Fox News.He is survived by his wife, Rosalie (Blevins) Wellman Estep; four children, Patrick Estep of Virginia, Bobbie (Eric) Stymiest of Proctorville, Janie (Jimmy) Dudding of Proctorville and Tammy (Kevin) Black of Chesapeake; three grandchildren, Tressa, Erica and Brett; great-grandchildren, Adrian and Damian; step-son, Scott Wellman of Pleasantville; brother, Richard (Leslie) Estep of Virginia; sister, Carol (Lowell) Damron of Chesapeake; and nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia Ann Estep; a granddaughter, Toni Black; a sister, Linda; and a step-daughter, Melanie Evans.Memorial contributions may be made to TeamToni, 91 Private Drive 975, County Road 118, Chesapeake, OH 45619. www.TeamToni.orgHoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service in Thornville is honored to care for Bobby and his family.
