Jack Albert Bachus

Jack Albert Bachus, 58, of Millersport, passed away Saturday evening, January 23, 2021 at his residence in Millersport. He was born May 31, 1962 in Newark, the son of the late Albert Walter and Natalie (Anderson) Bachus. He attended Millersport schools. For 25 years, he was the manager of the Buckeye Lake Truck Stop. He was a member of the Buckeye Lake Eagles, and a social member and color guard member of the former VFW #1388 post at Buckeye Lake. He is survived by his loving family: sister Kay (Bill) Courts, sons Lucas and Jack Bachus; nephews Troy McClung Jr. and Tyler McClung, Caden Courts, Jimmy Bachus; great niece Hailey Courts; sister-in-law Sue Bachus and his canine companion Tubbs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother James Bachus and his sister Diane Wiseman. Honoring Jack’s wishes, a graveside service will be at 2:00 p.n. on Sunday, February 7, 2021 in the Fairmount Cemetery, Jacksontown.
