James Rick Homan

Memorial Visitation, celebrating the life of James Richard “Rick” Homan, 72, of Pataskala, will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of The Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service. Following Rick’s wishes he will be cremated.

Rick was born June 8, 1952, in Columbus, the son of the late James Robert and Retta (Merringer) Homan. He passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, in Pataskala, following an extended illness.   He worked in construction and commercial refrigeration during his career.

He enjoyed riding Harley Davidsons, Hunting, Fishing and Trapping.

He is survived by his family: Son Richard (Monica) Homan, Daughters Wendy (Fred) Nance and Trisha Kincaid; his 11 grandchildren; his sister Cindy (Phil) Baker and several nieces and nephews.
