A funeral service celebrating the life of Jammie R. “Fannie” Reynolds, 86, of Nashport, formerly of Pataskala, will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Kirkersville chapel of Hoskinson Funeral Home, with Pastor Kevin Blade officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 285 E. Main Street, Kirkersville, on Sunday, December 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Fannie was born in Boone County, West Virginia on July 6, 1938 to the late Ollie P. and Genetta (Dewitt) Gullett. She passed away on December 1, 2024. Fannie was a devoted member of First Community Church of Buckeye Lake, where she enjoyed fellowship and was active with the ladies guild. Prior to retirement, she was a cafeteria worker at Etna Elementary School for 18 years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, crocheting, woodworking, collecting and restoring antiques and working in her yard. Most important was the time she spent with her loving family and friends. Survivors include her children, James A. (Connie) Reynolds, Barry L. (Jolie) Reynolds, Randy J. (Donna Jean) Reynolds and Lori L. (John) Heminger; sisters, Dean (Ivan) Gant, Genette (Fred) Lowe and Juanita (Jr.) Pattison; grandchildren, Kelly (Andy) Willard, Dr. James Reynolds, Shawn Reynolds, Alexis Reynolds, Amanda (Jeremy) Starcher, Sydney Reynolds, Maggie Reynolds, Nicholas Reynolds, Jessica (Dan) Alvarado, Ian (Lauren) Heminger and Josh (Nikkie) Heminger; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Vernon Reynolds in 2020; granddaughter, Nicole King; sisters, Thelma Striegle and Becky Gullett; and brothers, Roger Dewitt and James Gullett.
