Jean Lockwood

Jean Ann Lockwood, 58, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2013 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. She was born on June 28, 1954 in Shelby, Ohio to the late Charles Willard Lockwood and Kathryn L. (Schneider) Lockwood, who survives. Jean regularly attended the Hebron Christian Church where she played handbells. She loved swimming and enjoyed her work as an Account Tech.In addition to her mother, Jean is survived by her three sisters and two brothers: Patricia (Jack) Abele, Charles (Ingrid) Lockwood, Sue (Ken) Barr, John (Lyn) Lockwood, and Linda (Kent) Rothermel; 12 nieces and nephews; special friends of the Lunch Bunch and her swimming class; as well as her beloved dog and faithful companion, Winston.A Memorial Service, celebrating Jeans life, will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 11:00 am in the Hebron Christian Church with Pastor Chris Whitehead officiating.
