Jeffery Lee Howard

Jeffery Lee Howard, 61 of New Lexington, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020 in the Emergency Department at Genesis Perry County. He was born on March 28, 1957 in Zanesville, the son of the late John Rosser and Bertha Jean (Burr) Howard. He was disabled, and had lived at Mount Aloysius since 1994. Jeff was happy and pleasant to be around, and loved chocolate. He is survived by his siblings: Harriet (Howard) Denhart of Mount Vernon, John Howard of Cadiz, and Pam (Howard) Roberts of Somerset, Kentucky; and his extended family of friends at Mount Aloysius. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 12:00 Noon until time of Graveside Funeral Services at 1:00 p.m. in the Jacksontown Cemetery.
