Jeffrey A. Greenleaf

A gathering for family and friends, to celebrate the life of Jeffrey A. Greenleaf, age 53, of Granville, will be held in the near future. Please refer towww.caringbridge.org for an update to when and where the celebration gathering will take place.Jeffrey was born in Charleston, WV on April 20, 1961 to Robert Greenleaf and Donna (Reeves) Briggs. He passed away at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, operated by Hospice of Central Ohio, on November 25, 2014, while surrounded by family.Jeffrey grew up in Parkersburg, WV, graduating from Parkersburg High School. He continued his education, graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelors degree in Finance and received his MBA from Capitol University. Jeffrey was a commercial development lender with JPMorgan Chase Bank. He was an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying white water rafting, golfing, skiing, and playing volleyball. Most important in his life was spending time with his family and friends, much of which was spent at the family cabin in West Virginia.Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years, Janis (Kochalko) Greenleaf of Granville, whom he married April 14, 1984; daughter, Megan Greenleaf of Granville; and son, Joseph (Elisse) Greenleaf of Granville; father, Robert (Becky) Greenleaf of Vienna, WV; and mother, Donna (Paul) Briggs of Parkersburg, WV.Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jeffrey to Foundation for Hospice of Central Ohio, PO Box 430, Newark, Ohio 43055-0430.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for the Greenleaf family.
