Jeffrey D. Taylor

A funeral service celebrating the life of Jeffrey D. Taylor, 63 of Warsaw, will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Wes Humble officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, on Tuesday, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Jeffrey was born in St. Clairsville, Ohio on September 23, 1959 to the late Joseph and Irma (Tweety) Taylor. He passed away at his residence on May 19, 2023, while surrounded by his loving family. Jeffrey enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, gardening, going to the casino, cutting wood and playing frisbee golf. Most important was the time he spent with his loving family and friends. Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years, Barbara J. (Cunningham) Taylor, whom he married August 22, 1992; children, Jessica Taylor, Justin (Heidi) Taylor and Brittany (Shannon) Wilson; siblings, Gary Taylor, Tammy (Jim) Herman and Scott (Sondra) Taylor; grandchildren, Trey, Grace, Holden, Hunter, Trenton and Hadley; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
