Funeral services, celebrating the life of Jennings Eugene Stone, 73, of Buckeye Lake, will be held Sunday, February 13, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of The Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service.
Jennings passed away on Wednesday February 9, 2022 in Newark following an extended illness. He was born October 29, 1947 in Newark, the son of the late James Eugene and Hazel Imogene (Carver) Stone.
He was a graduate of Lakewood H.S., was a member of the Buckeye Lake Eagles, and enjoyed watching sports of all kinds . He also enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his son Eric(Christina) Stone, his daughter Ava Donovan; sister Leona Urbanski; his grandchildren Angela Coffee, Cynthia Coffee, Jamie Coffee, Zachary Friend, Alexander Handshey, Erika Abbott, Nathaniel Abbott, Anthony Stone, Jonathan and Lindsey Stone; along with his 9 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Michael Stone.
