Johanna M. Pearson, 84, of Hebron, former longtime resident of Great Falls, Montana, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at her residence. She was born on October 19, 1929 in Draper, South Dakota daughter of the late Anton and Dena (Rademaker) VanZitteren. Johanna was a member of the Eagles. She enjoyed collecting recipes, cooking, gardening, crocheting, bird watching, and the company of her pets.She is survived by her loving family: children, Betty (Mark) Lawson of Billings, MT.; Danny (Joyce K.) Hoyt of Great Falls, MT.; Alice Marcinek of Great Falls, MT.; and Patty (Mike) Rhodeback of Hebron, OH.; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; her sister, Gloria Meeker; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Donn Hoyt and Royce Pearson; two children, Gladys Sokolowski and Donald Hoyt; as well as three sisters, Marcella, Ella, and Letha; and one brother, Calvin.A memorial service, celebrating Johannas life, will be held in Montana at the convenience of the family.The family requests any foral arrangements or monetary giftsbe sent to:Patty Rhodeback116 Buckeye StreetHebron, Ohio 43025Monetary gifts will be used for Johanna's memorial service.HOSKINSON-Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service, Hebron, is honored to care for the Pearson Family.
