John William Bobo, Jr. Johnny was born on December 27, 1944 in Columbus, Ohio. He passed away at home on September 14, 2014 due to congestive heart failure. Johnny was a beloved husband, son, brother and uncle. His parents John and Dorothy Bobo, preceded him in death. He leaves behind his loving wife, Patty; step-children, Cathy and Candy; and four legged son, Harley. He is also survived by his brother, Joe; two sisters, Marilyn (Dickinson) and Judie (Wille) who dearly loved their "baby brother"; as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Johnny served in the U.S. Navy. His talents were many and he was loved by all who knew him. He was well known as "Johnny B" in and around his community of Buckeye Lake and entertained many with his singing and karaoke music. Those who had the good fortune to know Johnny will remember him as a thoughtful, kind human being who you just had to like. A graveside service, celebrating the life of John William Bobo Jr. will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2014 in the Lutheran Reform Cemetery, Thornville, Ohio, with military honors by the Buckeye Lake Post #1388 of the V.F.W. of which he was a lifetime member.
