John Wayne Moran

A memorial visitation and service for John W. Moran, 63, of Buckeye Lake, will be held starting at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, July 15, 2017, in the chapel of The HEBRON home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 108 N 7th Street in Hebron. John passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, in Newark following an extended illness. He was born in Newark, on July 1, 1954, the son of the late John and Wilma (Bricker) Moran. John enjoyed camping and participating in outdoor activities. He also enjoyed watching westerns, and shows with John Wayne. He is survived by his children: daughter Casey Moran of Buckeye Lake, sons John and Christopher of Buckeye Lake, grandchildren Rylei Moran and Jordyn Murphy; sister Jodi Moran, brother Scott Moran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers Rick and Jackie and his sister Marie Moran. The family prefers that memorial contributions be directed to the Foundation for Hospice of Central Ohio, PO Box 430, Newark, Ohio 43058.
