Johnnie H. Cooper, Jr., age 64, passed away August 8, 2015. Born to Johnnie and Ruby Cooper on December 12, 1950.A graduate of Watkins Memorial High School Class of 1968, he devoted himself to his construction business. He loved sharing time with his family and had many great times with family and friends. An avid hunter, enjoyed golf, watching NASCAR races, making maple syrup, and mushroom hunting which he had a real knack of finding. He hosted a deer camp at his property for over 30 years.Survived by his mother, Ruby Thompson Cooper; a loving girlfriend, Pam Olney; daughters, Carrie (Bob) Strong, Marcie (Jeremy) Cooper; son, Jason (Kim) Cooper; sisters, Carol (Dean) Glaub, Debbie (Michael) Poff; brothers, Jimmy (Christy) Cooper, Gary (Julie) Cooper; grandchildren, Kirsten, Ryan, Margie, Kaitlin, Kevin, Victoria, Jason, Camden and Alexis; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, business associates and good friends.Friends may call 5-8 p.m., Tuesday, at theHoskinson Funeral Home, 285 East Main Street,Kirkersville.A graveside service will be Wednesday, August 11,at 11 a.m. at Kirkersville Cemetery.Hoskinson Funeral Home is assisting O.R.
