Joseph Joyce

Graveside funeral services for Joseph Patrick Joyce, 65, of Hebron, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2017 in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pataskala. Joe died Saturday evening, June 3, 2017 in Newark, following an extended illness. He was born June 26, 1951 in Columbus, the son of the Late James and Norma (Santeler) Joyce. He was a graduate of Sheridan H.S., class of 1969, and worked in the Auto Body business for many years. He enjoyed playing pinball machines. He attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church at Buckeye Lake. He is survived by his loving family: wife Hazel, whom he married on June 21, 1971, his son Joseph (Trisha) Joyce of Hebron, daughter Angela (John) Joyce-Pollack of Pittsburgh, Pa., grandchildren Cory, Alexis, Chas and Ethan; his brother Tony (Sue) Joyce of Zanesville.
