Joseph J. "Joe" Miller, Sr.

Joseph J. “Joe” Miller, Sr., age 59, of Newark, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at his home. Joe was born April 12, 1963 in Germany.

Joe was formerly employed by the Baltimore Paper Mill. He enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by his mother, Jeanette Ann (Casscles) Miller of Newark; wife, Jessica A. (Perry) Miller of Newark; daughter, Susan A. Miller of Newark; son, Joseph J. Miller, Jr. of Newark; step-children, Montana Ball, Cieera Ball, and Zachary Perry, all of Newark; and grandchildren, Jasmine, Lily, Rachel, Ruby, Sarah, and Willow.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rollin Lee Miller.

The family will hold a celebration of Joe’s life at a later date.
