Juanita "Granny" Rine

Juanita A. Rine, age 81, of Malta, passed away on January 14, 2015 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. She was born in Newark, Ohio on January 11, 1934 in Newark to the late John and Emma (McDonald) Young.Juanita was a devoted homemaker. She enjoyed playing bingo and scratch-off lottery tickets. Most important in her life was spending time with her family and friends.Survivors include one daughter, Betty Wills of Malta; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and her loving dog, Jug-Head.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Rine in 1985; sons, John and Russell Cunningham; and 14 brothers and sisters.Friends may call at the Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street, Newark on Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for the Rine family.
