Judith Ann Booth

A funeral service celebrating the life of Judith Ann (Elson) Booth, age 67, of Hebron, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, in the chapel of the Hebron home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral at the funeral home, 108 N. 7th Street in Hebron.

Judy passed away Thursday evening, March 14, 2024, in Heath, following an extended illness. She was born in Coshocton, Ohio on June 19, 1956, the daughter of the late Harry and Priscilla (Cayton) Elson. A life-long homemaker, she enjoyed baking and crafting and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a former member of the Hebron Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by her loving family: her son, Scott (Dorothy) Booth; her daughters, Katrina Elson and Barbara Booth; her sisters, Julie Elson, Janie Ransom, and Elaine Lipps; her brother, Frank Elson; her grandchildren, Jasmine (Demetrius) Clemens, Teagan Fredo, Elliot Booth, Angel Jones, Cambree Booth, Trevor and Vanora Booth; her great grandchildren, Christian Haughn and Carmen Clemens; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Booth; her brother, Tom Elson; sister, Roz Whitt; and an infant granddaughter, Arianna Booth.

The family would like to thank the caring staff at Arlington Care Center for their four years of expert and loving care to Judy.

The family prefers that memorial contributions be directed to Ohio’s Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Road, Newark, OH 43055.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
