Justin B. Spangler

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Justin B. Spangler, 25, of Newark, will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Marne United Methodist Church, 1019 Licking Valley Road, Newark, with Pastor David Warner officiating. A graveside service for Justin will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Newark Memorial Gardens.Justin went to be with the Lord on June 23, 2015 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born in Newark on March 5, 1990 to Todd B. (Pamela Klintworth) Spangler and Brenda Sue (Kreider) Spangler.Justin attended Licking Valley High School. He was a landscaper with Lindsey-Wright Company in Johnstown. He enjoyed art, snowboarding, martial arts, skateboarding, golfing, playing flag football, singing/rapping, watching old movies and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Dallas Cowboys fan. Justin lived life to the fullest and had a great sense of humor, enjoyed making people laugh, and was known as a comedian to his family and friends. Most important in his life was his loving family, especially spending time with his soul mate, Kali and wrestling with his two sons, Carson and Cohen.In addition to his parents, survivors include his soul mate, Kali Wilson; two sons, Carson Bennett Spangler and Cohen Scott Spangler; brother, Jeremy Scott Spangler; paternal grandparents, Marjorie Hensley and James F. Spangler; uncles, Mark Spangler and Kevin (Sheila) Spangler; special uncle, to whom he looked up to, Richard (Sherry) Kreider Sr; aunt, Cheryl Wyrick; nieces, Melainey; nephews, Connor and Clayton; cousins, Richard Kreider Jr, Darlene (Charles) Holsinger, Daniel (Racheal) Kreider, Daniel and Mason Spangler, Holly (Lincoln) Green, Allison Wyrick, Adam (Kristian) Wyrick, Amber Erdman and Heather (Scott) Caldwell; second cousins, Camdyn and Zane Holsinger and Mason Kreider; special friends, Justin Kowbasa, Chase and Clay Pnut Walsh, Zack and Cody McElroy, Cody Satterfield, Cody and Derek Howe, Cody Zipse, Gary GG Sterling, Geoffry Edie, Gavin, Calder, Garrett, Chase, and Cody Shepherd, TA, Jraf, Steve, Baby Bone, Brandon, Michael, Keith and Eric; his best friend and loving dog, Jax; and many other special friends.He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William H. and Yvonne Kreider; uncle, Scott Spangler; and step-grandfather, Johnny Hensley.Justin and his family were generous in donating life by donating to Lifeline of Ohio.
