Karen Ann Eller, age 59, of Newark, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center (operated by Hospice of Central Ohio). Karen was born July 31, 1958 in Parkersburg, West Virginia.Karen was a homemaker and was an excellent cook. She enjoyed spending time with her family, being outdoors and loved music. Karen was a very loving and caring person and was known to put the needs of others before her own. She was the "community" Mom and Grandma and was loved by so many.She is survived by three daughters, Paula Eller (Chris Smith), Latrishia Eller and Ann Marie Eller, all of Newark; grandchildren, Travon (Destiney) Eller, Jaeyden Smith, Miekel Eller, Ava Eller and Kamren Eller; great-grandson, Grayson Eller; sisters, Linda Eller of West Virginia and Helen Hess of Newark; brothers, Hank Eller and Cecil Eller, both of West Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Sharon Dornon; sister, Brenda Eller; and brother, Roger Eller.The family will receive friends on Monday, January 22, from 5-7 p.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street in Newark.Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for Karen and her family.
