Kathy E. Wadley

A memorial service celebrating the life of Kathy E. Wadley, age 61, of Buckeye Lake, will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at the Kirkersville home of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 E. Main Street, with Pastor Tim Womack officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the memorial service on Saturday, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Private burial services will be held for the family at Glen Rest at a later date. Kathy was born on July 31, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Raymond Gardner and Margaret (Wolfinger) Gardner of Lancaster. Kathy battled cancer and passed away with loved ones on October 31, 2017 at Zusman House in Columbus. Prior to retirement, Kathy was the manager of Gardners Food Centers for many years. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and loved spending time with her family, friends and her min pins Brutus and Buckeye. In addition to her mother, survivors include her loving son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Jill Wadley; brother, Michael (Joann) Gardner; sister, Lisa (Louie) Zamora; nieces, Nicole (Zac) Kueffer and Lyndsey (Patrick) Ropp; and great niece, Athena Burton.
