Kathy R. Mcmann

Kathy R. (Reichert) McMann, 64, of Thornville, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at her residence. She was born on August 10, 1949 in Oakland County, Michigan to the late Morgan and Georgina (MacKenzie) Reichert Phillips. Kathy attended the Grace Lutheran Church in Thornville and retired from the State of Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. In her retirement, she worked as a nanny for several years; a job that brought her great joy. Kathy enjoyed crafts of all kinds, canning vegetables, and most of all, she loved spending time with her grandkids. She is survived by her loving family: husband, Chris, whom she married on March 15, 1985; children Corrine Gough (Holly Tucker); Kenny (Denise) Gough; eight grandchildren: Carter, Miles, Kaitlyn, Emma, Brennan, Evan, Sarah, and Molly; four brothers Larry, Roger, Rickey Reichert and John (Nah) Phillips; a brother-in-law Gene (Bonna) McMann; a sister-in-law Brenda (Sam) Styer; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Mary-Jo Reichert. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at the Thornville home of Hoskinson-Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service, 56 S.
