Kathy Ann Salva

Kathy Ann Salva, 64, of Newark, died Friday, October 7, 2022. She was born October 30, 1957, in Mt. Vernon to the late Milan and Ada (Wright) Salva. Kathy graduated from COTC in 1983 with an associate’s degree in office administration. She loved reading romance novels, gardening, drawing, and spending time with her animals. She had a big heart and would help others whenever possible. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her children, Mila Trowbridge, Ada (Martin) Mayhew, Austin (Marsha) Moore; grandchildren Hayden Hursey, Carter Rutherford, Brenden (Alexis) Royster, Brooklyn Reed, Cameron Farley, and Ryder Moore; 5 brothers; 3 sisters, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for Kathy and her family.
