Kay Boyer

    A funeral service celebrating the life of Kay Boyer, 82, of Granville, will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Karen Gebhart officiating.  Burial will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate. Family and friends may call at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, one hour prior to the funeral service on Saturday, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Kay was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 8, 1936 to the late Raymond and A. Blodwyn (James) Burgess.  She passed away at Altercare North Newark on January 23, 2019. Survivors include her loving children, Christi (Gary) Cramer and Brandi (Patrick) Wade; grandchildren, Bryson (Kate) Wade and Charlie Wade. In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Richard F. Boyer.
