Kay Saling

A funeral service celebrating the life of Kay Ann (Norris) Saling, 61, of Nashport, will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Kirkersville home of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 East Main St., with Deacon Robert Ghiloni officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkersville Cemetery.Kay passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital, in Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Newark, Ohio on March 12, 1951, the daughter of the late Roger Wendel Norris and Jean (Hoskinson) Rine, who survives.Kay was a 1969 graduate of Lakewood High School and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Newark. She enjoyed horses, travelling, and taking cruises.In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Don; her son, Shawn Williams of Thornport, a step-son, Jonathan (April) Saling of Toledo; a brother, C. Robert (Valerie) Norris of Hebron; 2 step-grandchildren, Nicholas and Abby; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by: two half-brothers, Stanton and Paul David Norris.Friends may call at the Funeral Home, on Tuesday, November 27, 2012.
