Kelly J. Mccord

A memorial service celebrating the life of Kelly J. McCord, 49, of Newark, will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Rob Hartman officiating. Kelly was born in Newark, Ohio on August 10, 1971 to Judith (Cashdollar) Phelps. She passed away in Heath on September 1, 2020. Kelly was a Licensed Practical Nurse for many years. She enjoyed watching baseball and was an avid fan of Kelly Ripa and Tom Brady. Most important in her life, was the time she spent with her loving children, grandchildren, family and friends. Survivors include her children, Kristan (Mike) Phelps and Bailey McCord; grandchildren, Emily Carl, Eli Goldsmith and Easton Goldsmith; siblings, Wendy (Dennis) Himes, Jamie (Bob) Heistand and Larry (Betsy) Phelps; nephews, Scotty (Lisa), Daniel and Tre’; great niece and nephew, Vivian and Dylan; and numerous cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Shelley Phelps. Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Kelly and her family.
