Ken Glassnap

A memorial service, celebrating the life of Ken Glassnap, 55, of Millersport, will be held on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Thornville home of HOSKINSON Funeral & Cremation Service, 56 S Main St., Thornville, Ohio 43076.Ken went home to be with the Lord on Saturday evening at his home in Millersport. He was born in Columbus, on January 31, 1960, the son of the late Cedric and Fawn (Masters) Glassnap. He worked construction and had been self-employed prior to his extended illness. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, shooting pool and was a big OSU Buckeye and Dallas Cowboy fan, he also loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was a social member of the Buckeye Lake Post #1388 of the V.F.W.Ken is survived by his children: son Joseph, daughters Ashley Glassnap (Jeremy Chaffin) and Amber (Craig) Shirey; grandchildren Tyler, Payton, Jacson, Abigail and Ella Grace; sisters Terry and Sandra Glassnap; dear friend Lisa Carpenter and several nieces and nephews, and many friends.The family will receive friends on Friday, Sept. 25, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until time of the memorial service at 7:00 p.m.The family prefers that memorials be made to the funeral home to assist in his final expenses.HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, Thornville is honored to care for Ken and his family.
