Kenneth S. Bevard

A graveside funeral service for Kenneth S. Kenny Bevard, age 97, of Newark, will be held on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Rocky Fork Cemetery, with Jimmy Windon officiating. Friends may call on Thursday, August 4, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street, Newark.Kenny was born in Licking County on February 20, 1919 to the late Stephen A. and Julie (Swigert) Bevard. He passed away at Arlington Care Center on August 2, 2016.Survivors include his nephews, Ed Romine, Larry (Barb) Bevard, David Banks, Jerry (Linda) Bero and Doug Bero; and numerous great nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Blanche Banks, Letha Simco, Elizabeth Bero, Helen Davis and Dorothy Bevard; and nieces, Ruthie Bell.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service are honored to care for Kenny and the Bevard family.
