Kenneth Wayne "Bo" Slone

Kenneth Wayne “Bo” Slone, 68, of Newark, passed away on May 17, 2024 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, operated by Hospice of Central Ohio. Bo was born in Newark, Ohio on July 6, 1955 to the late Jesse Slone Sr. and Betty L. (Stephens) Blizzard. Bo proudly served his country in the United States marine Corp. during the Vietnam War. Prior to retirement, he worked for Anomatic Corporation for over 20 years. He was a member of the Newark Moose Lodge and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his children, Debbie Ashby, Megan Slone, John Slone, Jeremy Wells, Crystal (Gary) Snedaker and Sarah Williams; siblings, Ronald “Joe” Slone, Dixie B. Moore, William (Nancy) Slone and Shawn Slone; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Roger Slone, Jesse Slone Jr., Donald Slone and Lonald Slone.
