Kimberli C. Dornon

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Kimberli C. Dornon, age 57, of Newark, will be held on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 7:00 PM at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, with Pastor David Myers officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service on Monday, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Kimberli was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 2, 1958 to the late Dale Lenhart and Betty (Smith) Wellman of Buckeye Lake. She passed away at Arlington Care Center on September 25, 2014. Kimberli graduated from Sheridan High School in 1977. She was a photographer assistant for over ten years. She helped organize the Sheridan Cheerleading Biddy League where she was a cheerleading advisor. She enjoyed singing, where she sang in the band, Prism. She also enjoyed antiquing, but most important in her life was spending time with her husband, family and grandbabies. Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Ricky Dornon, whom she married on September 11, 1976; children, Nathan (Monica) Dornon, Matt (Danica Williams) Dornon and Nicole (Brad McDaniel) Dornon; grandchildren, Tristan, Emily, Nicholas, Cohen, Taylor, Marlee, Rutledge, Kadyn, Sage and Bella; half-sister, Amber Lynn Wellman; siblings, Timothy Lenhart, Scott Lenhart and Lesa Griggs; mother-in-law, Barbara Dornon; sister-in-law, Darcy (Parry) Broseus; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Roger "Bunk" Dornon. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Kimberli to the Carol Strawn Center, 126 W.
