Larry A. Miller

Larry A. Miller, 72, of Newark, passed away at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus on December 23, 2024. He was born in Coshocton, Ohio on February 4, 1952 to the late Chester and Nellie Margarite (Burdette) Miller. Prior to retirement, Larry was a warehouse supervisor for many years. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and he enjoyed playing video games, cooking, traveling and loved spending time with his family and friends, and especially loved spoiling his grandchildren. Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Brenda L. (Sears) Miller, whom he married October 28, 1971; son, Chadwick A. (Melissa) Miller; daughter, Tiffany D. (Brian) Miller Downs; grandchildren, Brendan Miller and Cameron Downs; great granddaughter, Olivia Catlin; siblings, George (Sandra) Miller, Linda Lenoff and Randy (Tina) Miller; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Ann Tosch, Carol Black and Betty Miller. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Larry to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516. At Larry’s request, no services will be held at this time.
