Larry F. Williams

Larry F. Williams age 78 of Thornville passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 8, 2024. He was born August 25, 1946, in Newark, Ohio to the late Charles F. and Geraldine A. (Wilson) Williams. Larry was a 1965 graduate of Watkins High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army. After high school graduation he started his career at Rockwell, retiring in 1995. After retirement, Larry worked at Wright Brothers where he met many friends. In his spare time, he liked to race cars and work on them. He also enjoyed vacationing with his wife and special friends, Gary (Edie) Coe, Roger (Sharon) Beaver and Sparks (Helen) Rose. Anyone who knew Larry knows how much he enjoyed talking and he didn’t know a stranger. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by mother and father-in-law, Joseph and Irene Allen; his brothers and their spouses, Ed (Cathi) Williams, Tom (Linda) Williams and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Patricia A. (Allen) Williams; children, Mitch (Heidi) Williams, Kim (Ron) Brown; grandchildren, Amber (Chris), Tanner, Daulton (Syd), Logan; 4 great grandchildren, Carson, Averie, Cambri, Kolton and a great-granddaughter on the way; brother-in-law, Dan (Terre) Allen; numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Central Ohio Hospice for their care and support.
