A funeral service celebrating the life of Lawrence Larry F. Crouse, Jr., age 52, of Farmerville, Texas, formerly of Newark, will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home with Pastor Clifford Church officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Chapel Cemetery.Larry was born in Newark, Ohio on May 17, 1964 to the late Lawrence F. Crouse, Sr. and Gloria (Markle) Williams of Farmersville, TX. He passed away at his residence in Texas on October 11, 2016.Larry was a registered nurse, previously working in the emergency room department at Licking Memorial Hospital and New Albany Surgical Center, where he received the Nurse of the Year award. Larry had a positive uplifting personality, enjoyed working on his automobiles and loved spending time with his family and friends where he was known by the nickname Peewee.In addition to his mother, survivors include his loving children, Jeremy Crouse, Zachary Crouse and Tyler Crouse; brothers and sisters, Tina Church, Kimberly Cureton, Crystal Crouse, Jerry (Liz) Crouse and Regina (Charles) Force; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Larry to St. Jude Research Hospital, 1335 Dublin Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43215.
