Leslie Campbell

Funeral services, celebrating the life of Leslie Ann Campbell, 65, of Hebron, will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday January 4, 2022 in the Heath Church of Christ with Pastor Dave Mason as celebrant. Burial will follow in Wolfe Cemetery, Athens County Ohio.  The family will receive friends at the church on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Church.

Leslie passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 in Columbus, following a brief illness. She was born in Newark on March 6, 1956, the daughter of the late Donald and Sally (Ziemer) Beckett. She was a graduate of Lakewood High School, class of 1974 and was employed by Med Ben in Newark.

She enjoyed Ohio State Football and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her loving family: Daughters Brooke (Wes) Hoskinson, Christy Campbell; Sons Foster “Stoney”  (Renee) Campbell, Cody (Joann) Campbell, Corey (Mindi) Campbell; her 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; along with her brother Scott (Jeanette) Beckett, and two nieces.

In addition to her parents, Leslie was preceded in death by her husband Rocky in 2011 and whom she missed dearly, as well as her brother Gary Beckett in 2018.

The family prefers that memorial contributions be directed to the Licking Co. Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Dr. Heath 43056. Envelopes will be available at the church.
