Leslie Ann Ragsdale

Leslie A. Ragsdale, 71, of Newark, passed away at her residence on May 7, 2024. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 11, 1952 to the late Jack and Mildred (Cherrington) Mellon. Prior to retirement, she was an auditor with the State of Ohio for 30 years. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan A. Ragsdale and Katrina Latour; grandchildren Katelyn, Naomi, Blake, Amelia, Illianna, Connor and Aiden; brother, Greg (Cheryl) Mellon and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Ragsdale; and a sister, Susan Mellon. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Leslie to the American Cancer Society. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Leslie and Ragsdale family.
