Leslie Ann Richards

Leslie Ann Richards, 64, of Utica, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023 at her home with her family at her side. She was born July 22, 1959 in Newark, the daughter of the late Alva L. and Carol (Meadows) Heskett. She was a graduate of Utica High School, class of 1977, and was a homemaker.

Leslie was a member of the Utica Church of Christ, and enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren, which included listening to Aubrey sing and perform and watching Lincoln play baseball.

She is survived by her loving family: her husband, Glen Richards, who she married on June 10, 1983; her son Nick (Jenna) Richards of St. Louisville; her grandchildren Aubrey and Lincoln; her sister Cindy (Bill) Melick and her brother Todd (Bonnie) Heskett; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Alisha Dawn Richards and her brother Brook Heskett.

Honoring Leslie’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Memorial services will follow later at the Utica Church of Christ.
