Lewis Spencer Lewi Wolfe passed away peacefully at Riverside Methodist Hospital on July 23, 2017. Lewi was born April 23, 1952 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Beryl and Ruby (Hayman) Wolfe. His family relocated to Hebron, Ohio in 1955 and he graduated from Lakewood H.S., class of 1970. Lewi married Elizabeth Lissa Simmons in 1977 and together they raised two sons, Jerrod (Leah) and Jonathon (Stacey). A carpenter by trade, Lewi had a long career with Wolfe Enterprises (Having retired one week before his passing) and also had worked as Hebrons zoning inspector as well as owning and operating Lewis Wolfe Builders. He loved tinkering in his garage on projects and his 67 and 68 Mustangs with a cold Strohs in hand and a NASCAR race on the TV. Lewi is survived by his four adoring grandchildren Eleanor Nora, Eloise Ella, Emily and Weston; his sisters Rhonda Wolfe and Vicki (Calvin, deceased) Osborn; father-in-law David (Marybelle, deceased) Simmons, brother-in-law Robert (Linda) Simmons; numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. Lewi was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew Jason Brill. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 p.m., at the HEBRON home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 108 N. 7th St. in Hebron, where funeral services celebrating his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2017, with burial to follow in the Hebron Cemetery.
