Linda Kay Hill

A funeral service celebrating the life of Linda Kay Hill, age 58, of Newark, will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, with Pastor Bryan K. Grove officiating. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Cedar Hill Cemetery.Linda was born March 31, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Charles E. Clendenen, Jr. and the late Constance F. (Hale) Clendenen Jones. She passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Licking Memorial Hospital.Linda was a homemaker and loved Chihuahuas, especially her pets Susie and Daisy Mae. She loved people and enjoyed couponing and spending time with her grandchildren.She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Arlin L. Hill, whom she married January 20, 1995; daughter, Krystal Hill (fianc, Nicholas Kirkpatrick) of Newark; grandchildren, Autumn and Heidi Hill; brothers, Kenneth Clendenen and Edward Jones III, both of Newark; sister-in-law, Lorrinda (Mark) Mears of Newark; several half brothers and half sisters; nieces and nephews; special friends, Pam and Linda Lake, Diana Wilson and many other friends.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for the Hill family.
