Lisa M. Walters

A Celebration of Life Service for Lisa M. Walters, 64 of Glenford, will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at 8285 Baltimore Somerset Road, Thornville. Lisa was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 3, 1960 to the late John E. and Catherine (Calenda) Johnson. She passed away on September 3, 2024 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. Lisa was a waitress at Tee Jaye’s Country Place in Newark for nearly 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, bowling, watching Survivor and hanging with her sisters, family and friends. Lisa will be missed by everyone that knew her. Survivors include her loving husband of 46 years, William L. “Bill” Walters, whom she married July 8, 1978; children, William L. (Stacy) Walters III, Jonathan B. (Nichole) Walters and Amanda N. Walters; siblings, Linda Falter, Steve (Karen) Johnson and Mary Ann (John) Warga; grandchildren, Ashton, Brianna, Lainee, Hailee, Levi, Bentley, Tatum, Sebashten, Bryce and Kelci (Devin); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joann and Bernard Knoetzele; and brother-in-law, Gary Falter.
